Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Om mobile app, developed by Kushal Mittal. By using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions

• Om Sangam is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly with a 3-day free trial, or yearly billed immediately). Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
• Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Content

• Scripture texts are public-domain; translations, reflections and design are © Om and may not be redistributed commercially.
• Kundli and gun milan results are computed astrology, provided for spiritual and cultural guidance only — they are not medical, legal, financial or matrimonial advice, and no life decision should rest on them.
• Live darshan streams are provided by the respective temples via YouTube; availability and timings belong to the temples.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the App, attempt to extract its content datasets, or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
